What's included in a standard clean?
Every room gets dusted, vacuumed or mopped, and trash emptied. Kitchens get counters, cabinet fronts, the stovetop, appliance fronts and the inside of the microwave. Bathrooms get the toilet, tub, shower, sink and mirrors scrubbed. Inside the oven or fridge, interior windows and laundry are add-ons.
How much does a cleaning cost?
It's based on bedrooms and bathrooms, and you see the exact price before you book. Standard cleans start at $165, deep cleans at $250 and move-in/move-out cleans at $290. First-time customers get $25 off with code FOUNDING25.
Do I need to be home or provide supplies?
No. We bring every supply and machine, and you don't need to be home. Just leave your gate code, lockbox or pet notes when you book. A standard clean usually takes 2.5 to 6 hours depending on home size.
Can I schedule recurring cleanings?
Yes. Pick weekly, every two weeks or monthly, and recurring visits cost less: plans start at $130 weekly, $140 every two weeks and $150 monthly. No contracts.
